This Riesling is made to preserve these flavours and capture them in the bottle. Our Wrattonbully and Coonawarra vineyards produce remarkably different flavours and aromas, which combine to create this wonderfully complex wine. The aroma is fragrant and intense, showing lime & hints of pomegranate. The palate is vibrant & fresh with well balanced fruit sweetness & a ‘crunchy’ acid finish.

Former North Adelaide footballer and 30-year-strong winemaker Pat Tocaciu has been working on his estate-grown riesling for many years out of the relatively obscure Wrattonbully region north of the Coonawarra, this one winning best white of last year's Limestone Coast show. Released with another 12 months of bottle age, it has developed an edge of lime and crisp apple, and remains immensely drinkable. 4.5 Stars
